Pop Fiction Games’ Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@PopFictionGames.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pop Fiction Game’s Shipping Policy

 

What is your shipping timeframe?

For all orders placed on this website, we ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) from when the order is placed. We observe all national holidays and days that USPS is not open and do not ship on weekends. This timeframe is not applicable to product sales on other platforms (for example, Kickstarter). 

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

Please keep all packaging that came with your purchase, take photos of the damage, and reach out to Quartermaster Logistics Support here. They will coordinate with us to evaluate the damage and determine what replacements if any, are necessary. Depending on the level of damage, we may send you a shipping label to return the damaged copy to our warehouse. Most of our shipments are insured so we do ask for photos so we can apply for insurance.

What should I do if I am missing a part upon delivery? 

First, check the contents of your entire shipment for any other replacements you might need. Then, submit a ticket to Quartermaster Logistics Support here. We will cover the shipping fee on your first replacements. However, any additional replacement shipments will incur a shipping fee. 

What should I do if a piece becomes damaged during or after play?

Please reach out to us via email at Info@PopFictionGames.com with pictures of the damage. We will assess the damage and may offer guidance on home repairs to avoid any downtime for your family’s campaign. If an entire replacement pop-up room or other component is necessary, please note that there will be a $5 charge in addition to the price of shipping. 

What should I do if my shipment gets lost in transit?

If your tracking information has not been updated within the last seven days, please submit a ticket to Quartermaster Logistics Support here as soon as possible. 

If an item is missing or got the wrong item, what can I do?

Submit a ticket to Quartermaster Logistics Support here. We will work to ship out a replacement as soon as we can.

What about international shipping?

We do not currently ship outside of the United States & North America.

What happens if my order is returned due to an out-of-date or incorrect address?

We allow for one reshipment, but if there are any further issues with your delivery, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee. We will contact you if this is necessary. 

What happens if I need to change my address at the last minute?

In this case, we can attempt to reroute your package. This will incur a fee between $20-$28 depending on your location. If you need to request a reroute, please submit a ticket to Quartermaster Logistics Support here.
